All outputs — readiness scores, cash flow projections, DSCR, break-even estimates — are based on inputs you provide and standard modeling assumptions. Actual rates, closing costs, and outcomes will differ. You are responsible for verifying conclusions with appropriate professionals.

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use RefiSignal for lawful purposes only. Do not reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or interfere with the service.
Ownership
The RefiSignal platform and calculation engine are owned by RefiSignal. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service. The data you enter belongs to you.
Third-party services
RefiSignal uses Supabase, Cloudflare, Paddle, and Flock, each governed by their own terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
