RefiSignal is a refinance analysis tool for real estate investors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
If you use the calculator without an account, your inputs are processed to generate a recommendation and nothing is stored after your session ends. If you create an account we store your email address, property nicknames you create (not full addresses), the financial inputs and calculated outputs for each property and scenario, and timestamps. If you purchase a report, payment is handled by Paddle — we receive a transaction ID, amount, and checkout email; we do not store card numbers. We also collect standard server logs via Cloudflare and basic analytics via Flock.
What we don't collect
Full property addresses, Social Security numbers, credit scores, tax records, bank account details, data from lenders or credit bureaus, or information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
To run the app, save properties and scenarios, send account-related emails, and improve the product.
Who sees it
Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare (traffic and security), Paddle (payments), Flock (analytics). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your data
Email privacy@refisignal.app to delete your account and all associated data.
Security
We use HTTPS and Supabase's built-in access controls. No system is perfectly secure but we take reasonable precautions.
Children
RefiSignal is not for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when we make significant changes.
